First we have a look at your profile and assess your potential suitability. But your motivation will not be underestimated either. Show us what surplus value you are offering. Convince us that you are innovative and industrious and that you can help us in achieving optimal results. Being customer-orientated together with being quality minded is very much to your advantage.
Do we match? Then you will have a first interview with an executive from the department your application is referred to. Afterwards, if all goes well, a second and a third round will take place. During this last interview the terms of employment will be discussed and, straight away, you will get acquainted with the colleagues from the department where you will be working.
If you apply for a position at a high level in our organisation, an assessment as well as an interview with the CEO can be part of the procedure. The whole procedure takes a maximum of 4 weeks.
