Education and promotion possibilities

Move up by learning

Working at OctoPlus means continuous education. Continuous movement. We are going fast, very fast. We ask a lot from you, but you also get a lot of opportunities and you can grow all the way.

That is why much attention is paid to the education of our employees. This manifests itself in training courses and individual courses in order for you to grow and move up. Everybody receives an individual education plan.

This is what you can expect:

• On-the-job training sessions and subject enhancement courses and education. They keep you-up-to date about all new developments within your own field.
• Taking individual courses and training courses for personal development, such as communication skills and management training courses, is encouraged. That is why there is an arrangement to cover study costs.
• Career training means also moving up inside the organisation. This can be a position which is “higher” in hierarchy, or a similar job, but more challenging for other reasons.
